At ALYA Cosmetics, your satisfaction is our priority. We stand by the quality of our products and want you to feel confident with every purchase.

Returns

  • The item must be unused and in its original packaging.
  • You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
  • The product must not be opened or tampered with.

Note: Opened skincare products cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed and credited back to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos.
  • We will arrange a replacement or full refund for verified issues.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used products
  • Clearance or promotional items
  • Gift cards

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
